DEPOSITS

Due once you’ve received your appointment confirmation.

Color
- Base / Mini Custom: $50
- Partial Custom / Full Custom $100
- Transformative Custom / Color Correction: $150
Cut
- Haircut $50

Deposits must be made in order to secure an appointment within 24 hrs of booking. Failure to doing so, appointment is at risk of be cancelled.

CANCELLATION, NO SHOW & LATE POLICIES

Cancellation
- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be 50% of the reserved services.
- We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
- In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
No Show
- Any ‘no shows’ will be result in a fee of the full amount of your booked service. Failure to pay, client may not book future services until fees are paid.
Late
- If you are more than 30 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
- $15 will be added to your service if you are 15 minutes (or more) late.
- If you are 30 minutes or more late and the appointment is accommodated, a late fee will apply: $30 for 30 minutes, $45 for 45 minutes, $60 for 1 hour

FIX POLICY

You have 1 week to reach out if you are unsatisfied with your color and a fix is needed. Notice beyond 1 week of your appointment date, complimentary fix will not be provided.
Unsatisfied with the tone, placement and any imperfections (I’m human and mistakes can happen, I appreciate you letting me know.)
Not counted as a fix if you’re looking to be lighter. This would require another session of full lightening.
